Credit Cards We accept Visa, Master Charge, Discover and American Express credit cards through PayPal for secure encrypted checkout. (Note: You do not have to be a member of PayPal to use these credit cards.) Simply click the Add to Cart button next to the item(s) you wish to purchase and follow the instructions. Multiple items can be added to the chart before checking out. Security is our top priority. PayPal employs safe, secure processing of your order using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Checks and Money Orders If you wish to use a cashier's check, money order or personal check, please place your order via email - leanne@beadlam.us - to let us know payment will be coming. Based on your email, we will reserve the item(s) for five days. In the email, be sure to include: Full item description I will get back to you immediately with the full price, including shipping and taxes (if the item is shipped within New York State). The item will be sent immediately upon receipt of your cashier's check or money order. If you will be paying with a personal check, the item(s) will be shipped as soon as the check clears. All items are securely wrapped and shipped within one week; custom orders will usually ship within two to three weeks. An email will be sent to confirm when the item(s) are shipped. All items are sent USPS Mail for a flat rate of $3.00. (Free shipping in the continental United States for orders over $200.) Consider combining orders with friends to save on shipping. A sales tax of 8.00% will automatically be added to orders shipped within the state of New York. Insurance is highly recommended and can be added for a minimal charge. All jewelry is sent in a velvet pouch, gift-ready. We hope you enjoy your handcrafted jewelry and we stand by our workmanship. If there is a problem, please contact us - leanne@beadlam.us - within 14 days of the shipping date so that we can correct the problem, provide a replacement or refund. |
